As a former refugee from war-torn Kosovo, the founder of Morina Law, Arnisa Morina, specializes in Immigration and Refugee law. Arnisa obtained her Juris Doctor from one of Canada’s top law schools, Osgoode Hall Law School, and was called to the Bar in June 2020, and founded Morina Law P.C. in 2021. Arnisa prides herself in the record of success she has had pertaining to representing clients for their refugee claims before the RPD, RAD and the Federal Court of Canada. Arnisa also specializes in appeals of removal orders, as well as the representation of Humanitarian & Compassionate Grounds, and Sponsorship immigration applications.
