I offer workplace mediation, relationship communication consultations and Nonviolent Communication (NVC) workshops. I help with difficult conversations, recurring arguments, giving and receiving feedback, active listening, expressing needs, making clear requests and setting boundaries. You can work with me individually to prepare for a conversation or understand a conflict, together with another person through mediation, or as a team in a practical communication workshop. I have organised and facilitated NVC practice groups for over seven years and provided 150+ hours of paid individual consultations, mainly around romantic relationships, friendships and internal conflicts. My organisational work includes a webinar on giving feedback with empathy for a company team and company-commissioned workplace mediation. I completed additional professional education in mediation and negotiation with 4LEGAL Global and obtained a mediator certificate in 2021. I also co-authored the first non-translated Russian-language book on Nonviolent Communication. My ten years in software development, including a Senior Software Engineer and Development Team Lead role, give me first-hand experience of technical teams. Contact me to discuss your situation.
